Vince,

Great to hear from you man. As far as medicine balls are concerned, try a circuit that looks something like this:
--MB Squat to Press x15
--MB Push-ups (both hands on the ball) x10
------>keep them fast; if you start slowing down at 8, stop at that point
--MB Power Slams (reach overhead and slam the ball forward into the ground) x12
--MB Seated Russian Twists x12 each side
--MB Mountain Climbers x12 each leg

See how fast you can get through this circuit. Rest 45-90 seconds and repeat 2-3 times at the end of your workout. Or go through it once at the start as a warm-up!

Hey Charlie,

How've you been man? It looks like you're doing big things with your company.Alex Mokover just sent me the link to this article and you are so right. I hate running on the treadmill but i just resigned myself to doing it until the weather gets warmer. After reading this i know know there's a lot more i can be doing in a addition to running. However, at the gym i go to there aren't any TRX systems, battle ropes, nor any room to do plate pushes. I was wondering are there any cardio exercises i can do with medicine balls and any other exercises in general. The jump rope and body weight circuits are a huge help though, thanks a lot.

Also about your website in general. Its awesome that you index exercises by name and by prime mover but I also think indexing them by machine/what you use would be a huge help too, i.e. medicine ball, barbell, dumbbell, free weight, plates, etc. Just a thought.

Thanks again man.<div class="comment-remix-meta"><a href="#" class="replyto" onclick="replyto('139','Vince Powell-Newman'); return false;">Reply</a> - <a href="#" class="quote" onclick="quote('139','Vince Powell-Newman','Hey Charlie,\r\n\r\nHow\'ve you been man?
